Create or Edit a Contractor Profile

If you are a contractor, you can create a profile which will be used when scheduling inspections. Your key will be your email address and PIN.
NOTE: If you had a contractor contact email address with us prior to July 1, 2022 you can access your contractor profile with your email address and PIN 1234. You are encouraged to change the PIN by retrieving and updating your profile record.
To make changes to an existing profile, enter your email address and PIN, click Get My Profile. You can then make changes to your existing information and submit. To add a new profile, enter information below and click Submit.
